Founder/Director Noel Makinde
After several years of working with a variety of removal firms, Noel decided to establish his own business and with the skills and knowlege he had gained in the industry he has slowly grown a quality service which has gained a reputation for its efficiency and professionalism. Although now a large and expanding company, Mak&Sons prides itself on retaining all the qualities of a family run business offering a warm and friendly service..
In growing the business Noel has looked to establish a new blueprint for the industry offering muliple packages for clients and having each job tailored to the individual whatever their needs.
Employing only family and friends as the company established itself, he was able to ensure the high standard he has achieved and with everyone having a stake in the wellbeing of the company, Mak&Sons has thrived and grown.
This is in no small part as result of the wonderful feedback from clients which often refers to the obvious pride the staff take in ther work and even more satisfying for Noel many comment how happy the staff are in thier work with more than a few references to them smiling throughout. Noel is a socially conscious father of three young sons who started with nothing and worked hard to save some seed money in order to go it alone.
With over ten years experience now and with the business thriving he hopes his success is something others aspire to and that his motivation and work ethic encourages young men, giving them the confidence to believe in their dreams.
